Status Details: 

Scheduled Service Interruption:  Friday, November 28th  

An interruption in technology services is scheduled for Friday, November 28 from 6:00 am until 2:00 pm. The need to upgrade critical servers will result in interruptions for the services noted below: 

  • CCSU internet and intranet services will be unavailable for most of the day; so there will be no access to faculty/staff email, file shares, account management, or Banner from on or off campus.
  • There will be intermittent access to the Blackboard Learning Management System throughout the day.
  • There will be intermittent access to the University's web site (CCSU.edu).
  • All analog phone services will be available throughout campus with three exceptions: the digital-based IP phones in the new Police Dept., Social Sciences Hall, and ITBD (Institute for Business Development) may have intermittent phone service.

Please note: The student email system (Office 365) is hosted off-site and will be available throughout this period.
