Banner Downtime, Thursday 3/15 5pm through Monday 3/19 8am
On Thursday, March 15 starting at 5pm, all access to Banner systems will be unavailable. This includes WebCentral-Banner Web Services, Internet Native Banner (INB), TouchNet, ImageNow, the BlueNet Account Request system as well as all third party applications and reporting tools that access the Banner production database. Please note: payments via TouchNet will not be accepted after 4:30pm on Thursday). CentralPipeline will be available during the upgrade for access to Blackboard Learn, Outlook Web Mail, Accounts Management and other online systems. During this planned outage, Banner and related systems will be moved to a cloud-based service. All systems are expected to be available by 8am on Monday, March 19.
Sunday Maintenance Reminder
Every Sunday from 12am until 12pm all Systems (e-mail, Banner, wireless, etc.) will be intermittently unavailable while important maintenance and updates are performed.
